How to use our website

You are welcome to browse our website and view the products in our catalogue. However, to request a quote from us or to view product prices, you must first have an account with us. If you wish to open an account with ML Accessories please download the New Client registration form. Once your account registration has been approved by our sales department you will be able to place your order request on our website.

Once you have registered and would like to place an order on the website please follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the Login link and enter your MLA supplied Username and Password.
2. Find the products you wish to order by either browsing through the top menu links or entering a product name, code or category in the search box and then clicking on the search button.
3. When you’ve found a product you wish to order or view, click on the product’s thumbnail or name to view its details.
4. You can then add the product to your Order Basket by clicking on the “Add to Order” Link at the bottom of the product details page.
5. You will then be taken to your Order Basket / Enquiry page showing the products you chose to order. Here you can also change the quantity of the products ordered which will be updated by clicking the “Update Totals” button.
6. Finally when you’re satisfied with your order just click on the “Send Order to MLA” button and wait for our confirmation email to complete the transaction.

If there are any problems with your order a member of the MLA sales team will contact you personally. However please phone us immediately if you have any questions or concerns.
