Knightsbridge “Tag Us to Win” Instagram Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Knightsbridge (ML Accessories Limited), whose registered office is Unit E, Chiltern Park, Boscombe Road, Dunstable, LU5 4LT (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to UK-based professional installers aged 18 years or over who have personally installed the Knightsbridge product featured in their entry.

Entries submitted by end users, homeowners, tenants, property managers, or any individual who did not carry out the installation themselves are not eligible.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the competition are excluded.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, participants must post a photograph of a Knightsbridge product on their public Instagram account and tag the post using #INSTALLKB during the Competition Period.

Entries must be submitted via Instagram to qualify.

By entering, participants confirm that they personally installed the Knightsbridge product shown in the submitted image.

5. Competition Period

The competition runs on a monthly rolling basis, beginning at 12:00am (BST/GMT) on the first day of each calendar month and ending at 11:59pm (BST/GMT) on the final day of that same calendar month (“Competition Period”).

6. Late Entries

Entries submitted outside the applicable Competition Period will automatically be carried forward to the next monthly draw, provided the competition continues.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during each Competition Period. The draw will be conducted using random selection software.

8. Prize

The prize is one £100 Amazon gift card per monthly draw.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.

9. Photo Submission Conditions

Entries must be original photographs and must not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Participants confirm they own the rights to the images submitted and have obtained all necessary permissions.

Images may be submitted in colour or black and white.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry it considers inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with the brand’s values. Content must not be sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, or promote illegal activity.

10. Rights Granted

By entering, participants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, display, and share the submitted images for promotional and marketing purposes across all media channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, and printed materials.

Copyright in the images remains with the entrant, subject to this licence.

11. Consent

Participants confirm that any individuals appearing in submitted images have given consent for their image to be used as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Participants agree to indemnify the Promoter against any claims arising from a breach of this condition.

12. Winner Notification and Verification

The winner will be notified via the Instagram account used to enter within 28 days of the end of the Competition Period.

To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 14 days and provide a valid email address.

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of installation before awarding the prize. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Privacy

Personal data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.mlaccessories.co.uk , and in compliance with UK data protection legislation. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the competition.

15. Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform. Participants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Instagram.

16. Right to Amend or Cancel

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time where required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

18. General

Entries submitted via automated means or that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or attempts to undermine the fair operation of the competition.
