Compact 13A single outdoor socket kit with RCD plug protection. DIY solution for installing an outside power socket. Kit includes an RCD plug pre-wired with 2m of cable pre-cut and ready for install, a 20mm cable gland and a single switched outdoor socket with convenient 20mm cable gland entry from all sides (Knightsbridge model IP7000).
The RCD Plug included is a non-latching type – meaning it requires resetting should there be a mains power failure. This ensure protection to anyone using a device at the time, should the power suddenly come back on again. IP66 rated ensuring protection against water jets and dust from all directions. Compliant to all relevant safety standards.
